        1.Business Development Executive : 3 Positions: Mumbai , Chennai & Hyderabad
        Job Title: Business Development Executive
        No. of positions: 3
        Location: Mumbai, Chennai & Hyderabad
        Job Role: Sales of Structured Cabling Products to Direct Corporate Customers & Channels.
          Job Responsibilities:
        1. • Achieve sales target for Structured Cabling products – selling directly to large Enterprise customers, sell to System Integrators
        2. • Should have prior experience in handling Structured Cabling components across different verticals - Large Enterprise customers in various verticals (Education, Hospitals, Hospitality, Retails, Malls, Airports, Architects, Builders) & through System Integrators (Channel markets).
        3. • Should be able to carry out sales from Cold calling, prospecting, understanding needs and able to close a sale.
        4. • Should in a position to design and implement Sales strategies to establish a brand in a B2B market
          Qualification:
        1. • Around 2 to 7 years of sales experience
        2. • Should have experience in selling structured cabling solutions for at least one year.
        3. • Graduate with excellent communication skills
        4. • Ability to perform under challenging environment.
        5. • Drive for self-initiative with ample enthusiasm.

        2. Sales Operations: 1 Position: Bangalore
        Job Title: Sales Operations
        No. of positions: 1
        Location: Bangalore
        Job Role: The role is to provide sales support to our front-line Sales teams to achieve sales objectives. The Sales operations involve management of Sales CRM tracking opportunities for different business, creation of pipeline report for business review. Apart from pipeline monitoring, the role will be the key conduit between sales team in the field and order fulfilment group. This involves working to align customer and sales planning processes with order fulfilment activities to ensure optimal delivery to our customers. Sales executives are expected to provide clear, concise and appropriate communication with customers and internal customers taking ownership of the customer promise. The role demands attention to detail and compliance to process to enable handover of the ‘perfect order’ to be submitted to the business.
        Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 yrs of performing such Sales operation activities
        Required Skills: Good Communication skills, Can do attitude, Sales operations knowledge Experience of preparing reports & co-ordination with multiple teams across organizations.
        Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
          Job Responsibilities:
        1. • Master Data Management – All leads, vertical wise as per business
        2. • Report generation – from CRM for all reviews
        3. • Order Management – Reviewing the orders from Sales team and ensure the order is clean and coordinating with order fulfilment team
        4. • Updating all the relevant members on progress.

        1. • Making cold calls to the UK market.
        2. • Generate new leads and set appointments to Demonstrate the product through telemarketing.
        3. • Works closely with Business Development Managers to qualify prospects, coordinate meetings, and drive new opportunities.
        4. • Clearly and effectively communicates product to prospects.
        5. • Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
          Qualification:
        1. • 0-2 Years’ experience into Inside Sales / Lead Generation.
        2. • Good phone and email communication skills.
        3. • Ability to talk to Managers and CXO level executives.
        4. • Self- Motivated, Quick Learner with interest in technology solution sales.
        5. • Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
